Nathan started his career in a traditional animation studio back in 1994 where he developed an interest in the emerging technology of 3D. With the arrival of commercially available tools he focussed his training in this field. As a solid 3D generalist, he worked for several companies on commercial and television series visual effects, both in Melbourne and Sydney.
Over the last few years Nathan has concentrated on lighting for film and television, both full 3D and character-live action integration. He enjoys all aspects of lighting, especially the satisfaction that comes when the audience believes that what they are seeing is real.
