Dani Sukiennik has always been moved by movies. After a decade of software engineering he couldn't resist the desire to pursue art anymore and thought that computer graphics would probably be more fun. Schools like CG Spectrum and more elaborate CG degrees were rare in the early 90's so Dani learned 3D Studio v1 (on DOS). Building a sufficient portfolio landed him his first 3D art job at Namco where he worked on the first 3D PacMan game.
Modelling CG sets for Broadcast TV and learning camera integration helped him get his first VFX matchmove job at Tippett Studio. He has since worked as environments/layout TD at Pixar & Lucasfilm Animation, instructed layout artists at Dreamworks and has recently been supervising Layout and Matchmove at Evil Eye Pictures in San Francisco.
Dani is known for his work on films like The Incredibles, Finding Nemo, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Monsters INC.
