LEARN HOW TO BECOME A 3D ANIMATOR FOR VFX & GAME DESIGN

Have you ever wondered how 3D animation gets created for your favourite feature films, TV shows and video games? Are you interested in pursuing a creative career in 3D animation but don’t know where to start?

Knowing where to start can be a daunting and frustrating process. You may have looked at tons of online resources, bought a few tutorials and read all the classic books from The Animators Survival Kit to the Illusion of Life but your animations still don’t look like the movies. Rest assured you’re not alone. Learning 3D Animation takes time to master and no software program will do the job for you.

That’s why CG Spectrum has developed the Introduction to 3D Animation course to help you build proper foundations and learn the most important principals of animation so you can start off on the right foot. During this course, you will learn 3D Animation from the ground up from industry mentors who have worked at studios such as Pixar, Dreamworks and Weta Digital. We’ll teach you the everything from the foundations, software tools and all the short cuts we’ve learned over the years working at major studios around the world.

If you are interested in becoming a 3D Animator for VFX and game design there’s no better course to help get you started.

"I cannot recommend CG Spectrum enough. The mentors at CG Spectrum are fantastic! The level of education I have received is unlike any other school I've come across. What separates CG Spectrum from other schools is that the mentors at CG Spectrum are not only talented professionals in their own right, but they also care about your success as an artist both in school and after you graduate. They are willing to spend as much time as they need, in order to teach you the material properly."

"I got my dream job! After a lot of searching, I found CG Spectrum. The curriculum is wonderful, the mentors are fantastic and the school is very accommodating. One of the things that impressed me the most was they actually go through the files of your assignments. This contributes tremendously towards understanding your mistakes."

"It’s your career success that matters. I applied to some companies with my updated reel and get the chance to be hired by a small studio named Dwarf-Labs where I did some animations for a CG commercial. Then I was hired by Ubisoft where I worked for the last release of one of their big franchise, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate!"
